Fatima Harris Felton is a practicing attorney and former Judicial Officer in the Fulton County Superior Court. She has owned The Harris Law Firm, LLC for 19 years, representing families, individuals, and children in criminal defense, personal injury, and family law matters.

She successfully defended a case in the Georgia Court of Appeals and has dedicated her career to fairness, justice, and community service.

Now, she is bringing that experience to the bench—making history to be the first African-American elected to serve on the Georgia Court of Appeals and ensuring that every Georgian has access to judges who respect the law and uphold the rights of the people.

Drawing on her years adjudicating family disputes in Fulton County Superior Court, Fatima understands that the most intimate medical decisions belong to women and their families, not the government. She is a fierce defender of our constitutional right to privacy, reproductive freedom, and improving maternal health outcomes across Georgia.

Defending the Ballot

The right to vote was paid for with the blood of her ancestors. Fatima is running to push back against any assault—foreign or domestic—on Georgia citizens' voting rights.
